Carolina Borges

Carolina Borges is the Managing Director and Founder of Enhance Academy.

Carolina holds an extensive international career in executive roles within the Media, Advertising, and Digital Industries. She has worked for both pioneering technological players and established corporations. She has played a pivotal role in shaping digital strategies for prominent brands such as Microsoft, Accor Hotels, eBay, British Airways, Peugeot, Disney and Mastercard.

For more than 20 years, she built and managed cross-functional teams, with a core dedication to develop in-house talents and careers.

Passionate about transmission and knowledge sharing, Carolina has dedicated a significant part of her career to Academic programs, both teaching, directing graduate thesis and coordinating programs in renowned European business schools.

Carolina’s educational background includes a Media Studies program at Rutgers University, a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Coimbra, a Master’s degree in International Business Development from the University “Paris XII,” and an executive MBA specializing in Digital Business from Paris School of Business. Recently, she completed a program in Disruptive Technologies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Carolina founded Enhance Academy with a vision to empower individuals and organizations with transformative knowledge, blending her passion for innovation, dedication to talent development, and a commitment to fostering excellence in the digital age.
